- Pre-Solicitation Notice Synopsis The US Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 18-month contract. This action will be a competitive, total small business set-aside for the following item: Noun: Armored Vehicle Periscope NSN: 6650-01-418-6658 Part Number: 12370033 NAICS: 333314 Quantity: 3,267 Unit of Issue: Each Option Quantity: 100% USG Option Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B The solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0121 is anticipated for release in two to four weeks from the date of this notice.� The solicitation will contain the required technical information and a specified due date and time.
