Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) issues a solicitation for Common Processing System (CPS) Sustainment, Installation, Procurement, and Engineering Services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
