- On page 3 of SF 1449 the Addendum 52.212-1 has all instructions for this requirement. The Maine National Guard has a requirement for Recruiting and Retention Promotional Items. This requirement is set aside 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The National Stock Number (NSN) for this requirement is 541890 - Other Services Related to Advertising with a size standard of $19,000,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 9905 - Signs, Advertising Displays, and Identification Plates. For Sizes and dimensions please see the Size Chart attachment. The Predominant material of manufacture is textiles. See SF 1449 for quantities of various CLINs and Option CLINs. See Salient Characteristics for breakdown of requirements by CLIN. Unit of Issue for all CLINS is Each. Delivery is expected within 90 days from approval of physical sample(s). This acquisition is utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will evaluate each offer based on Technical, Price, Delivery, and Past Performance.
