- Description
- CBD RFI JPEO-CBRND JPM Protection Do you have a capability that enables Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CBRND)? Will you be attending the Chemical and Biological Defense Science & Technology (CBD S&T) Conference 2-5 December 2024? JPM CBRN Protection within the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO CBRND) develops, fields and sustains CBRN protection and mitigation capabilities for the warfighter and the Nation. Development of next-generation physical protection capabilities, like masks and suits, that reduce physiological burden and enhance protection against emerging threats is our lane.JPM P invests in contamination mitigation technologies, including decontamination systems, to significantly decrease the time and materials required to decontaminate personnel and equipment. If you have a capability or technology in the following areas: Hazard Mitigation: Solution-based blister agent contamination colorimetric indicator that provides visible signal for blister agent contamination on military relevant surfaces Solution-based biological agent contamination colorimetric indicator that provides visible signal for biological agent contamination on military relevant surfaces Efficacious decontamination technologies against rubber (especially vehicle tires) Protection: Lightweight, durable and PFAS free CBRN liner and textile materials Affordable, flexible, lightweight, durable, air permeable, decontaminable, reduced thermal burden, non-PFAS CB resistant materials that dont degrade protection after exposure to battlefield contaminants for ColPro and IP to enhance lethality Technologies that provide expedient collective protection for short term use in a building/shelter/bunker in austere environments Compressible solutions for bio-hazardous waste disposal during ground and in-flight medical care in a negative pressure environment Affordable concepts/technology that reduce respiratory physiological burden without increasing logistics or minimally increasing logistics Enhance individual lethality through complete integration of respiratory and percutaneous protection into the battle kit including respiratory/ocular protection integrated into the combat helmet Wed like to meet with you. Please visit the JETT registration page to sign up for a time slot to meet with us at https://jacks.jpeocbrnd.army.mil/JETT Looking forward to seeing you in Ft. Lauderdale at the 2024 CBD S&T Conference!
