U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �Wyoming City:� � � �Casper Delineated Area:�� �City Limits of Casper, WY Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �23,400 Office; 12,100 Warehouse; 58,800 Wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �25,000 Office; 14,000 Warehouse; 67,410 Wareyard Space Type:�� �Office, Warehouse and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total):�� �75 (as part of the Wareyard) Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �75 (as part of the Wareyard) Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �3 Full Term:�� �240 months Firm Term:�� �240 months Additional Requirements:�� �Offered buildings should not be located adjacent to schools, residential areas, prisons/jails, heavy industrial areas (light industrial or flex space areas are acceptable), or any operations causing excessive odors or noise.� Wareyard with capacity for 75 vehicles shall be secured by an 8-foot chain linked fence topped by 3 strands of two-stranded barbed wire.� � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain).
