POSTING OF RFP, SOLE SOURCE W911N2-25-R-0002 PWS and Contract Notes SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: �Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Sole Source Bridge service contract for an INDUSTRIAC S9X3000 & 450 kV CR NDT Equipment, located at Letterkenny Army Depot, (LEMC), Chambersburg PA, serviced (PM or repairs) and an INDUSTRIAC 3MVX002400 X-Ray Machine located at Crane Army Ammunition, Activity (CAAA) in Indiana to High Energy X-Rays International Corp. HEXI, Inc., 57 N Plains Industrial Rd, Unit B Wallingford CT 06492-5841, Cage Code 7HWQ. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will be 3 months. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $12,500,000.00 and the service code is J015. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot.
