- This SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT is a Market Survey for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. There is no bid package or solicitation. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC), Port Hueneme, CA is conducting a market survey of Architectural and Engineering firms that are capable of performing inspections, maintenance and repair, designs for modifications or upgrades to support equipment and facilities at one or more communication facilities, world-wide. Structures may include antenna towers from 30 feet to 1500 feet in height, self-supporting towers at various heights, DOD aircraft hangars, and DOD specialized facilities and all related structures as required.This is a follow-on requirement to contract N39430-20-D-2204, previously awarded to Hanson Professional Services, Inc. Award is anticipated to be made by August 2025. Security Requirements: Some locations that require services will be at the SENSITIVE but UNCLASSIFIED level. Other locations MAY require a security clearance in the future. Firms that choose to respond to this sources sought notice are requested to provide a brief synopsis of work that it has performed previously that is the same or similar to the requirements listed in the attached Statement of Architect-Engineering Services (SAES). Firms should provide the approximate number of personnel that are available to perform the work required and the size status in comparison to the NAICS code. The applicable NAICS is 541330 AE Engineering Services, with a size standard of $25.5M. The Applicable Product Service Code is C1BG Architect and Engineering - Construction: Electronic and Communications Facilities. Firms should also list whether it has a facilities clearance, and if not, would be able and willing to obtain a facilities clearance. Comments on the SAES are welcome. Notifications that do not address all the required information will not be considered.
