- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �UT City:�� �Ogden Delineated Area:�� �N: 4300 N and 1100 W, Pleasant View, UT S: Interstate 84 and 1050 W. Riverdale UT E: Harrison Blvd and Canyon Road, Ogden UT W: N 6700 W and W 200 N, Warren UT Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �Office: 7,459 ABOA Warehouse: 63,900 ABOA Total: 71,359 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �Office: 7,459 ABOA Warehouse: 63,900 ABOA Total: 71,359 ABOA Space Type:�� �Office & Warehouse (Flex) Parking Spaces (Total):�� �Parking as required by code Full Term:�� �20 Firm Term:�� �10 Additional Requirements:�� ���� �Parking must be required pursuant to local code� ��� �Apron space for the warehouse must be designed and available to support the maneuvering of at least two 72-foot semi-trucks at one time ��� �Three (3) docks height doors are required; a leveling ramp is required ��� �Sufficient on-premises space must be provided for the support of a 250kW +/- 100kW gas or diesel powered generator and associated fuel. ��� �Generator space available must provide sufficient clearances to install the appropriate power transfer and back up equipment needed to provide generator back-ups and UPS service. ��� �The hours of operation shall be 24/7/365 ��� �The local telephone company provider must be able to install two large capacity data circuits a Reliability Configuration-03 dual access configuration providing diversity from two different COs to the Main Point of Entry (MPOE) of the building. ��� �Space must be offered on a ground-level slab � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Important Note: This space is a new requirement moving from a federal building and no incumbent landlord exists.� Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). �). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B.
