The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and any other items required to complete project Upgrade Facility Lighting , at the Louis Stokes Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106, in accordance with the specifications and drawings.� The purpose of amendment 0004 is listed below: 1. Provide a revise drawing number E400 - Lighting Fixture Schedule and Electrical Details. (see attached) 2. Extend the bid due date from October 23, 2024 @ 1:00pm est. to October 30, 2024 @ 1:00pm est. 3. Provide Microsoft Teams and Dial in number. (see page 2)
