- Description
- The Government has a requirement to acquire the supply and delivery of snow melt grade rock salt and sand/salt mixture upon request to purchase during the winter months that we experience here in New England. The sand and salt mixture consist of 75% sand and 25% salt. This requirement is not mission-essential. But it is crucial that the Civil Engineering (CE) customer at Hanscom AFB is able to put in request ""calls"" against a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to place orders in bulk to be delivered by the winning vendor/contractor.
