Description: The purpose of this annoucnment is to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for�programmed drydocking, cleaning, painting, and repairs to the U.S. Army vessel LSV 7 located in Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.�As identified in C.2.1, the contractor�s shipyard shall be within 50 miles of the vessel�s homeport of Hawaii.
