Solicitation N0042125Q0023 is issued as a brand name procurement.� This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for SPx Server & IFF Radar licenses for AN/SYY-1(V), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and (FAR) Part 13. See Attached RFQ Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
