Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NC City: Greensboro Delineated Area: East: Mary Grove Rd North: Stafford Mill Rd & Rt 68 Interchange South: Skeet Club Rd West: I-840 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,100 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [�100-year�/�500-Year�] floodplain). Narrative of planned improvements or redevelopment plan if current shell does not meet minimum advertised requirements 10. Building, space, and parking compliance with fire/life-safety and seismic requirements.
