Description

VA is seeking to lease a maximum 41,300 rentable square feet (RSF) of existing clinical space in Texas City, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for community based outpatient clinic needs for Veterans. The property shall include 135 on-site parking spaces. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: North: 25th Avenue N./State Hwy. 197 East: Bay Street N. South: Texas Ave./4th Ave. West: I-45 to Hughes Rd. to Galveston Rd. Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 20 years; 10 years firm, as a full-service lease.
