- This Sources Sought Notice is for Market Research purposes to secure three-person and four-person Utility Task Vehicle (UTV)/Side-by-Side (SbS) the primary task of operating a deployable Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (dJWICS) in a self-contained, plug and play mobile operations platform. IMAV must be ready to be fully operational within 10 minutes of dismount.
