Description: This Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity is for a sole source Firm Fixed-Price task order modification under the Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contract (GCSMAC) to V2X (Vectrus) to extend the Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) services for an additional seven months. �It is intended to support the GAC operation at the Navy Aiea-Halawa Shaft (NAHS) when governmental approvals are obtained to reactivate the well.�
