- The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) requires traffic control management services for the KE-ODA fiber pull project in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement and Exhibit. The Place of Performance for this requirement is in Redding, CA. This is for market research purposes only and we are NOT seeking quotes at this time - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this RFI or any follow-up information requests. Interested parties having ability to meet this requirement are encouraged to provide feedback via email to Drew Mika at Amika@WAPA.GOV by October 30, 2024, 17:00 Pacific Time. All questions shall be submitted via email to Drew Mika no later than October 29, 2024. Phone calls will not be accepted.
