Description: The U.S. Embassy Mexico City intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to WW. GRAINGER, INC. for diagnostic test equipment and specialized tools (First Draw) items approved by OBO/AMT. Given the unusual and compelling urgency of the request, and vendor�s past performance, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government�s best interest to sole source this requirement.
