- Description
- Special Notice: Contract Number: W900KK-25-9-0022 Awardee DUNS: LDMMF472BB93 (UEI) On 31 October 2024, in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 4022, the Army Contracting Command Orlando has awarded an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) via the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) for Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) Department of Defense (DOD) Digital OnRamp Tools Prototype Project. A Request for Solutions for these efforts was issued to the TReX II consortium on 19 July 2024, which resulted in the submittal of 23 total responses. As a result of the competition, the prototype project was awarded to Advanced Technology International, Inc. (ATI) as the managing prime to Trenchant Analytics, LL (TAC)., Crowdbotics Corporation and Ernst & Young LLP. The total value of this prototype project, if all milestones and options are exercised, is $181,125.00. The desired objective of the project is to: Provide private sector and government with a secure, scaled, and efficient platform that delivers a user experience for: 1. Discovering/matching capabilities and/or needs across multiple data sources, 2. Obtaining relevant, actionable, and accountable guidance/information, 3. Identifying optimum pathways for education, engagement, transition. A modern novel implementation (architecture, training, validation, sustainment) of the latest AI technologies and user experiences for addressing two (2) primary use cases: 1. Private Sector-to-Government Matching a. Private sector visibility and matching to publicly available DODopportunities. b. Training specifically linked to the matched opportunities and including advisable engagement pathways to/with the DOD. c. Geographically relevant government support. 2. Government-to-Private Sector Matching a. Government visibility and matching to Private sector capabilities(public information). b. Government visibility and matching to Government capabilities(internal information). 3. Clear separation and access controls between publicly available versus proprietary and/or government/internal information. Configurable administrative and user experiences that enable secure persona-based interactions for the access, search, discovery, retrieval, and presentation of information. A configurable and securely hosted implementation (capability, data sources, tools, interfaces) that is scalable to specific needs and operating costs that are aligned to resource/usage demand curve. The Digital OnRamp should provide the best means for both private sector and government organizations/users to efficiently discover, interface and collaborate to close critical gaps. Upon successful completion of this prototype effort, the Government anticipates that a follow-on production effort may be awarded via either contract or transaction, without the use of competitive procedures if the participants in this transaction successfully complete the prototype project as awarded. Successful completion will occur when the prototypes have been validated and are accepted by the Government. Further, the government reserves the right to determine part, or all of the prototype project is successfully completed if the vendor shows a particularly favorable or unexpected result justifying the transition to production. Note: Should the selected vendors fail to demonstrate progress or be unsuccessful in the accomplishment of the goals of this prototyping effort, the Government reserves the right to return to the results of this competition and award additional Other Transaction Agreements to one or more of the vendors that responded to the initial Request for Solutions, as appropriate within the scope and evaluated results of the competition
