- Solicitation No. 75H70725Q00008 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for new X-Ray Quality Assurance Measurement System for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) and Mescalero Service Unit (MSU). This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following cascading set-aside. 2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 3rd Tier- Certified HubZone Small Business 4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business 5th Tier- All Other Small Business Concerns The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 with a size standard of 750.
