- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY.�NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. 1. Overview � The Capability and Service Requirements Office (CSRO) is responsible for the execution of two primary requirements-driven activities within DISA. The first is to conduct analysis of major requirements impacting DISA�s Service Portfolio by providing analysis and courses of action DISA�s Senior Leadership. The second activity is to serve as DISA�s liaison to the Joint Staff governing bodies, representing DISA at Joint Staff level meetings, coordinating internal discussion on draft Joint Staff capability/requirements documentation. The work is perpetual in nature, operating in line with fiscal year cycles, congressional budget submissions, real-world events, and warfighter needs. 2. Scope of Effort � The scope of this request is to obtain information necessary to further refine the Government�s requirements for services and support to execute the mission as stated in the overview, and to better understand the approaches and experiences CSRO can leverage from within the defense industrial base. 3. Technical Characteristics � DISA is seeking information from industry related to offerings of the following capabilities: � Elicit requirements from stakeholders in different/disparate offices. � Facilitate dialogue and the production of technical, financial, and programmatic documentation. � Create requirements documentation and visual artifacts (e.g. DoDAF Views, Requirements tables, traceability maps). � Conduct holistic/systems-thinking analysis weighing requirements against strategic alignment, cost, risk, and technical challenges/opportunities. � Provide subject matter expertise to support DISA�s engagement in the Joint Requirements Oversight Council, the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System, and associated governance bodies/processes within the Joint Staff. � Provide insight and recommendations for internal business process improvement (e.g. process changes, tool usage/adoption). � Create and maintain interactive collaborative tools on platforms such as SharePoint and Salesforce. 4.Requested Information � Businesses responding to this RFI should address how theywould provide services/support for the identified technical characteristics, so that theGovernment can further define the requirements and conduct additional research.Specifically, respondents should include the following information: �Schedules/contract vehicles your business is listed on scoped for thisrequirement (e.g. OASIS+, SETI, GSA MAS). �Any specific tools/technology you have used previously for this type of service. �How your business approaches performance/quality assurance on services thatcontribute to broader Government deliverables. �What requirements analysis doctrines/methods you are most experienced in orhave used in the past.
