Initial Offer Due Date: Tuesday, December 3, 2024 Lease Award Date (Estimated): December 13, 2024 Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-26163-22-FA-RLP for leasehold interest in general-purpose office and related space in Detroit, Wayne County, MI. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications. All offers must be submitted not later than the due date and time established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection. Unsolicited offers must confirm if they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
