- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Flagstaff Delineated Area: North: Rte 66 to N Humphreys St. to Forest Ave. to Cedar Ave. to Fourth St. to Rte 66 to N 89; East: E Marketplace Dr. S Mall Way to Rte 66 to Hwy 180; South: Purple Heart Trl/Interstate 40; West: S. Woody Mountain Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,962 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,036 USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Firm Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain).
