- Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0069 The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0069 is to increase the total quantity of CLIN 0001AA - PRODUCTION QUANTITY from 6 EA to 14 EA. As a result of the increased quantity in CLIN 0001AA, the following revisions have been made: SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS Revised: CLIN 0002AA - UNEXERCISED OPTION QUANTITY, 100% option quantity has increased from 6 EA to 14 EA SECTION F - DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE Revised: 52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY As a result of this amendment, the solicitation closing date is extended from 28 October 2024 to 13 December 2024. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. _____________________________________________________________ The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing Solicitation W912CH-24-Q-0069 for AXLE,VEHICULAR,NOND. This Request for Quote (RFQ), W912CH-24-Q-0069, will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract for the procurement of the following: Noun NSN Part Number Total Quantity AXLE,VEHICULAR,NOND 2530-01-354-9426 1874500 W 6 EA * *with one 100% option available There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturer�s Part Number is approved from the Manufacturer and authorized distributors. Manufacturer�s Part Number: 1874500 W Manufacturer CAGE: 75Q65 - Oshkosh Defense LLC Interested Offerors shall submit a quote no later than Monday, October 28th, 2024 at 5pm EST via email to the Contract Specialist (katlyn.m.marck.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-24-Q-0069 (company name). Once a quote is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
