- CO-SPONSORSHIP 2024 DMDU CONFERENCE Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement for Co-Sponsorship for 2024 DMDU Conference Request for Quote No. 140R3025Q0007 This solicitation is being advertised as a noncompetitive sole source solicitation as provided under FAR 13 and 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado Basin, Boulder Canyon Operations Office has a requirement for the co-sponsorship for the 2024 DMDU conference held by the University of Denver, Josef Korbel School of International Studies. This co-sponsorship allows the Bureau of Reclamation to fulfill its responsibility on the Lower Colorado River by collaborating with a wide range or researchers and resource managers whose work can help Reclamation manage reservoirs on the Lower Colorado River and prevent water-related crises. The conference will be held at the Ben M. Cherrington Hall located in Denver, Colorado. The only company known to be able to perform these services is the University of Denver, 2601 E. Colorado Ave, 1st Floor, Denver, CO 80210-4711. The NAICS for this action 611430 entitled ""Professional and Management Development Training,"" which has a small business size standard of $15 Mil average annual receipts. Award is anticipated on 11/18/2024 with service beginning on 11/19/24 through 11/21/2024. The resulting purchase order will be a firm fixed price type order. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All documents submitted must contain an explanation and evidence as to how your company would be able to perform these services in the specified location. Submissions are due by 11/18/2024. The Purchase Order award information and the Justification and Approval for using noncompetitive procedures will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/home.
