- This notice is issued to inform all potential candidates to provide proposals at this time for the Correct Power Deficiencies EEPG 3 The Veterans Integrated Service Network 04 - VISN 04 Contracting Office Erie Veteran Administration Medical Center issues the Request for Proposal - RFP to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Construction Services related to the Correct Power Deficiencies EEPG III construction project located at the Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504. All construction must be in compliance with applicable codes, VA policy/standards, and the terms of this contract. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for construction of the Correct Power Deficiencies EEPG III construction project as specified in the drawings and specifications. Proposals are due 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on December 30, 2024 in accordance with the attached solicitation. Site Visit: A formal site visit is scheduled for this solicitation on December 02, 2024 at 9:00 am. All firms must sign in at Security - Emergency Clinic Door and will be escorted to the Engineering Department conference room. See Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause 52.236-27 for information. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this procurement is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million in annual receipts for the past three years. The Magnitude of Construction cost is between $2,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. There are four Sole Source items as part of this solicitation and any resultant award.
