MTRs to be submitted for each item, and that the corresponding Heat Number be paint penned on the material All offers/quotes must list country of origin and be Trade Agreement Act compliant. https://gsa.federalschedules.com/resources/taa-designated-countries/ and Brazil has a trade agreement with the USA.
