THIS IS A SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors capable of supplying four (4) Eyecon 9430 Tablet and Capsule Counting Devices with 1-year support, brand name only, to support the pharmacy operations of the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center. The Eyecon 9430 is specified for its unique features, including a visual counting system, integrated barcode scanning, and 99.99% accuracy for counting and inventory management. These devices are integral to ensuring medication safety, workflow efficiency, and inventory accuracy. 1. Specifications: Model: Eyecon 9430 Features: 7-inch touchscreen, integrated 1D and 2D barcode scanner, 99.99% count accuracy, and scriptpro pharmacy system integration capabilities. Quantity: 4 units with 1-year support. 2. Place of Performance: Samuel S. Indicate FSS/GSA contract number or Open Market, as applicable. Tax ID number. Company Socio-Economic SIZE (example large, small, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB etc.) Capability statement showing authorization to supply Eyecon 9430 equipment. Evidence of Past Performance or experience in providing the specified product. Confirmation of ability to meet delivery timelines and warranty service. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. Therefore, due to time constraints, vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award.
