Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe intends to issue a solicitation Full Risk Maintenance and Repair Services of Government-owned AGFA DR600 Radiology Digital System, located at the US Army Health Center in Vicenza, Italy. The resultant contract type will be a Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) for the base period is approximately 3 January 2025 to 30 September 2025. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 811210 �Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $34M. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to response to the solicitation, and lack of registration shall make a quotation ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via Internet at https://www.sam.gov. A copy of the Request for Quotes will be published on or about 18 November 2024. The RFQ will be posted as a related item to this notice.
