- Description
- USAID intends to issue a solicitation for a U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC) for one (1) Anti-Corruption Policy Advisor, at the GS-13 equivalent level for USAIDs Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG), Anti-Corruption Center (ACC). The primary role of the Anti-Corruption Policy Advisor is to support the implementation of USAIDs first Anti-Corruption (AC) Policy, which was launched in December 2022. Under the direction of the P&P Team Lead, the Anti-Corruption Policy Advisor will serve as a resource to advance the Policys effective implementation. The incumbent is expected to carry out work assignments using independent professional judgment to ensure effective policy leadership and support to DRG and other technical offices and colleagues in Washington, D.C. The duration of the contract period is anticipated to include a two (2) year base period with three (1) one-year option periods for a total maximum possible period of performance of five (5) years. The solicitation will be published on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov). Interested parties are advised to periodically monitor this website for updates on this potential opportunity. Except for the above information, no additional information regarding this planned solicitation is available at this time. All necessary information will be supplied at the time the solicitation is issued. USAID will not respond to any questions or requests for information until the solicitation is issued. USAID will not accept offers prior to issuance of the solicitation. Issuance of the pre-solicitation notice and any subsequent RFP does not constitute an award commitment on the part of USAID, nor does it commit USAID to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any offer.
