- Utility Terrain Vehicle Description The 434 Grissom ARB, Indiana Safety Office has a potential requirement and is soliciting capability and/or product statements from all qualified and interested businesses to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. The requirement is for one Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) Basic Specifications: - Minimum 82HP, Liquid Cooled Engine - Minimum 10.6 Gallon Fuel Capacity -Electronic Fuel Injection - Towing Capacity of 2,500 Pounds - Bed With Capacity of 1,000 Pounds - Minimum 4,500 lb. Winch Frame/Suspension: - Minimum 10 inches travel of front suspension - Minimum 10 inches travel of rear suspension - Minimum of 14 inches of ground clearance - Wheel base minimum of 80 inches - 2-inch Hitch Receiver -Dual LED Headlights, Low & High Beam -Dual LED Tail Lights Tires/Wheels: - 29-inch front tires - 29-inch rear tires -Aluminum Wheels Cab: - Enclosed cab - Four Hard Sided Doors (5-person capacity) - Roll Down on Side windows - Covered Hard Roof - Air, Heating, and Venting - Front Windshield -Rearview Mirror -Outside Mounted Rearview Mirrors on Driver/Passenger Door Instrumentation: -Factory Rear Camera -Speedometer -Tachometer -Clock -Hour Meter -Gear Indicator -Seat belt reminder -USB charging port -Delivery to Grissom ARB, IN within 16 weeks after award date. The Government seeks contractors with the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements and to submit capability and/or product information consisting of appropriate documentation to include a statement that provides requirements as stated in sources sought notice and capable of meeting the delivery timeframe. Please note: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this solicitation or any follow up information. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any contractor responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the contractor's qualifications to provide the requirement. Contractors are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or to provide feedback to contractors with respect to any information submitted. Electronic submissions via email will be accepted. No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Responses to the sources sought shall be emailed to Contract Officer Timothy Sparks via email: timothy.sparks.8@us.af.mil Responses must be received no later than 13 December 2024 by 4PM Eastern Standard Time.
