- Keesler Air Force Base's Construction Industry Day is a unique opportunity for contractors to engage directly with the 81st Contracting Squadron. This event is designed to offer insights into upcoming contracts, give an overview of the acquisition process, and build strong relationships with potential contractors. This event is encouraged for both experienced contractors and those new to working with the Air Force. It is an invaluable opportunity for gaining information and networking with peers. Projected upcoming large projects and A&E design at Keesler AFB are anticipated to be solicited with the following NAICS codes: 236220, 238160, 238990, 237310, 541330, 238220, and 237110. Please note that the listed NAICS codes are subject to change. Join us to explore construction opportunities with Keesler Air Force Base. Date: January 13, 2025 Time: 0900 Location: Biloxi, MS (Exact location will be sent to attendees.) Please note that seating is limited to 40 guests. Only one representative per company will be allowed. The attachment gives a brief overview of the topics that will be discussed at the event. The QR codes for both Questions & Answers and RSVP will also be included in the attachment. Any contractor is welcome to submit questions. A memo of the Q&A session will be released to SAM after the event. Due to limited seating, please only submit the RSVP if you plan to attend. We will reserve seats for the first 40 submissions then begin a waitlist. ****DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS**** All parties have until 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on 23 December 2024 to submit questions via the QR code provided in the attachment.
