Submit a Technical Proposal, which includes a Quality Control Plan and Work Plan to meet the contract requirements. Provide past performances, and complete other requirements in Sections E and F of the solicitation. See Attachments for the Request for Quotes (RFQ) and wage determination and Amendment 1 (SF30).
