Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASE RENEWAL OPTION in TOLEDO, OH The U.S. Government currently occupies 11,266 ABOA / 11,707 RSF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Columbus, OH that will expire on 6/30/26. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for a 5-year, 3-year firm term with the incumbent Lessror. The Government has a continuing need for this space for mission-related and economic reasons and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternative space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Ohio City: Toledo Delineated Area: North: W Woodruff Ave. / E Woodruff Ave East: Canton St. / Cherry St. Maumee River South: Swan Creek West: I � 75 / Coolingwood Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,702 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,266 Space Type: office space Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 18 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 18 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
