Description: Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to purchase Obturating Rings (O-Rings) for Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). ACC-RI expects a one-time purchase order with a 100% option quantity.O-Rings needed for 60MM, 81MM, and 120MM, quantities respectively of 5,500 units, 23,000 units, and 62,000 units.
