- Page 2 of 2 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Bliss Pharmacy Services 13634 E. Williams Field Rd., Gilbert, Arizona, 85295. The period of performance for contract award will be from date of award for (1) six-month base period with a provision for three (3) six-month option periods. This urgent requirement is to provide Remote Inpatient Pharmacy Services for the Syracuse VA Medical Center in New York. Bliss Pharmacy Services a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) is the only known provider: -well versed in both VA national formulary and local drug restrictions. - Proficient with CPRS and VISTA computer systems - Require minimal additional training from VA medical center - Well versed in VA Medical Center pharmacy policies, procedures, and processes - proficient in Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) and able to remotely triage nursing questions As this is an urgent requirement it is known that Bliss Pharmacy Services have background clearance and PIV card access. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by December 3, 2024 9:00 a.m. (EST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Kimberly.wiatrowski@va.gov.
