IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The information received will be used within the Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS) to facilitate the decision-making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interested businesses that have the capability and relevant experience to Replace Visitor Center Restroom Fixtures and Partitions to Meet Accessibility Standards at NEZ PERCE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK 39063 US Highway 95, Spalding, ID 83540. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement as a set-aside based upon responses to the notice and other market research is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The release of this RFI should not be construed as a commitment or as an authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. The NPS does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. NEZ PERCE NATIONAL HISTORICAL , and the ConOps WEST Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) seeks to determine the availability and capability of potential SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED 8(a) SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS, INDIAN SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES and WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES for the project below. Solicitation No.: 140P8325R0001 Project Name: Replace Visitor Center Restroom Fixtures and Partitions to Meet Accessibility Standards Project Location: NEZ PERCE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK Physical Address: 39063 US Highway 95, Spalding, ID 83540 The anticipated firm fixed price construction contract is expected to have a magnitude between $100,000 and $350,000. Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside. Estimated Period of Performance May 1- 65 days Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Construction, A single-award.
