General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New York City: Ithaca Delineated Area: Ithaca Central Business District Space Type: Office Space Size: 3,430 USF Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: N/A Expression of interest must include the following information at a minimum: Address Location of space and date of avalability Name, address, telephone number and email of authorized contact Evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s) Reference Project Number 3NY0924 in response to this ad Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
