- The North Texas Veterans Health Care System requires an experienced contractor to provide duct cleaning services throughout the health care system. Performance is for a 1-year base period with four additional 1-year optional renewals. Amendment 0001 was posted on 10-30-2024, correcting the site visit time for the Bonham site visit. Amendment 0002 was posted on 11/08/2024, providing the site visit sign-in sheets for all three sites, and extends the response due time/date. Amendment 0003 was posted on 11/19/2024, extending the response due time/date and allow additional time to post questions and answers. It also provides additional information for line-item pricing. Amendment 0004 was posted on 11/29/2024 to provide answers to question with drawings, a revised SOW, a revised price/cost schedule, and extend the response due time/date. Amendment 0005 was posted on 12/05/2024 to provide additional drawings titled Dallas Bldg 1 Additional Drawings. The RFQ due time/date remains unchanged with this amendment 0005.
