Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Melbourne, FL at Melbourne International Airport. The Government require office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,623 ANSI/BOMA office area and 1 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,623 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,623 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by August 12, 2024. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a lettr from the owner granting permission to make a general offiering of the space). A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
