- The contractor shall provide qualified boiler/plant operator to perform industrial level Boiler and Plant Operation services at the Hines Veteran Affairs (VA) Medical Campus located in Illinois. The Hines Boiler Plant houses four Cleaver Brooks 35,000 lb./hr. water tube, boilers with a normal header pressure of 125psi.
