Description

Amendment 0002 issued due to the revised statement of work and site map. See attached SF30 for more details and information. Amendment 0001 issued due to the ending of the offical federal disaster declaration on Dec 18th, 2024. The local area set-aside and limitation of subcontracting requirements are herby removed. See attached SF30 for more details and information. Site Visit Information: A formal site visit is scheduled for Monday, January 13th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. ET at the government facilities, which are located at 200 Weaver Blvd., Asheville, NC 28804. Site Visit POC: Jason Anderson Email: jason.l.anderson@usda.gov Phone: 828-712-1923 Description of Requirement: The Southern Research Station, located in Asheville, North Carolina requires removal of several downed trees resulting from Hurricane Helene. Remove downed and leaning trees - Fell as needed, limb and buck the downed and leaning trees and remove the understory growth of small trees and shrubs.
