Description

The 413th Regional Contracting Office, Alaska has a requirement for Custodial Services on Fort Wainwright, Alaska (FWA). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720, Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $22 million. The Government is seeking a non-personal, Single-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to provide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright, in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents (when available) for further details related to this effort. It is the Offeror�s responsibility to monitor the www.sam.gov website for any changes to the solicitation and all amendments. Proposals must be submitted on or before the close date noted in the solicitation. The Government intends to issue a written solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) in electronic format only on or around 17 January 2025 and will be available on the government point of entry (GPE) at: https:www.sam.gov.
