- This is a redacted J&A to Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. (SPA) (2001 N Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA, 22311), who was awarded a $1,526,176.76 cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort contract (N0003025C1037) for Nuclear Weapons Surety NWS in the areas of policy, planning, analytical support to security, training, compliance, NWS incident response and safety engineering. The period of performance is 60 months (if all Options are exercised). Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, District of Columbia.
