Solicitation Number: N6883625R0004 NAICS Code: 611519 PSC Code: U009 Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside Response Deadline: 17 Feb 2025, 0800 EST Contracting Office: FLC Jacksonville The Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville is issuing this competitive 8(a) Request for Proposal (RFP) under the provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR Part 19 for 8(a) business concerns. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified 8(a) contractors for Instructor Support Services in support of Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC), Gulfport, MS. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide Instructor Support Services in accordance with the Performance Work Schedule (PWS). Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 01JUNE2025- 31MAY2026 with a potential of (4) - 12-month option periods. Proposal Submission Requirements: Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in this solicitation. Proposals shall include the following: Signed SF-1449 with CLIN pricing as outlined in the solicitation Technical Approach Price Proposal Past Performance Information Any other required documents as listed in the RFP Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for award under this solicitation, offerors must meet the following criteria: Be a qualified 8(a) firm certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Meet the required NAICS size standards. Demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications as outlined in the solicitation. Evaluation Criteria: See Solicitation for evaluation criteria outlined in ADDENDUM 52.212-1 & 52.212-2. Proposal Submission Instructions ADDENDUM 52.212-1 & 52.212-2: All proposals must be submitted by 17 February 2025, 0800 EST, in accordance with the submission guidelines in the solicitation. Proposals received after this time will not be considered.
