A site visit is scheduled as on 29 January 2025 starting time: 10:00AM (CT-- Sioux Falls, SD). The meeting location will be in the front of the main entrance of the Sioux Falls Federal Courthouse located at 400 S. Phillips Ave, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104-6851. Pre-registration is required for all attendees to the pre-proposal Site Visit. Please submit site visit authorization requests to the point of contact listed below by no later than close of business on 23 January 2025 for our planning purposes: 1.
