- Preproposal conferences, in conjunction with the site visits, will be held to provide offerors an opportunity to be briefed on the work covered by the solicitation. Attendance at the conference is strongly encouraged. The station facilities are only available during the Pre-proposal conference date(s) and time(s). Offerors will not be permitted to access the facilities after the conference ends. Any comments/remarks made by Government representatives at the conference should not be construed as a change. Any changes in terms or conditions must be accomplished by a written amendment to the solicitation. Interested parties planning to attend should submit names of individuals, phone numbers, email addresses, company, and signed SECNAV_5512 represented to Mr. Rhoji Fernandez via email at Rhoji.Fernandez@dla.mil and CC Mark.Laskoski@DLA.mil and Sonja.Rocks@DLA.mil by February 7, 2025, 3:00 PM local Fort Belvoir, VA time. The conference date and time is as set forth below: DATE - SITE - TIME February 19, 2025 Navy Weapons Seal Beach and DFSP Norwalk at 10:00am February 20, 2025 DFSP San Pedro at 10:00am ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Interested companies responding to the solicitation will be required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). This is a follow-on solicitation notice to sources sought notice SPE603-24-R-5X02 and SPE603-25-R-0503. DLA Energy Engineering, Environmental, and Property Division, Environmental Branch, Restoration Section (DLA Energy LEV) is responsible for funding, supporting and overseeing execution of DLA Energy�s environmental requirements. DLA Energy LEV implements remedies as needed to protect human health and the environment. Site Closure (SC) is the primary goal of this effort while restoring and maintaining the Facility in a cost-effective manner. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562910 and will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The requirements at DFSP Norwalk and DFSP San Pedro will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The period of performance is a four-year period, July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029 and a six-month option extension provision, July 1, 2029 through December 31, 2029. The Government anticipates awarding two (2) indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity firm fixed-price contracts, one for each location. This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
