Description: The FDIC requires a comprehensive cloud-based investment management system to replace the current system which is called Portfolio Reporting, Trading, and Investment Analysis sytem (PORTIA). The new requirement, referred to as the ""Portfolio Investment Management System"" (PIMS) will provide the FDIC with capabilities to effectiviely manage cash, investments, and related business processes. See attachments for more information. Update 1/31/2025: Amendment 3 has been issued and attached to this solicitation. The purpose of the amendment is to extend the RFP due date to February 28, 2025. The solicitation is being updated and will be sent out in another amendment by the end of next week, February 7, 2025.
