- Expressions of Interest Sought This is not a Solicitation for Offer, nor is this a Request for Proposal The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Glendale, CO that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space, if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred though relocating. These would include, but not limited to physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The above items will be considered when deciding whether the Government should relocate or pursue a sole-source acquisition. The NAICS Code is 531120, Lessor of Nonresidential buildings (except Mini warehouses) that are not used as residences or dwellings. Included in this industry are: (1) owner-lessors of nonresidential buildings, (2) establishments renting real estate and then acting as lessors in subleasing it to others, and (3) establishments providing full-service office space, whether on a lease or service contract basis. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) currently desires 6,500 ABOA square feet of space in Glendale, CO area. The VA seeks a full-service lease (i.e., all utility, janitorial services, taxes, cable TV and maintenance costs are to be included in the lease rate). The current lease agreement is due to expire September 30, 2025. The offered building must be located within the delineated area boundaries as listed below. Glendale, CO North - E. Alameda Ave., East � S. Monaco St., South � E. Evans Ave., West � S. Colorado Blvd.
