JUBJ 12-5335 A&E Demo Bldg 1503 & Renovate Bldg 833, Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex (Sources Sought) PSC: C219 � Architect/Engineer Services NAICS Code: 541310 � Architectural Services / 541330 � Engineering Services The 42d Contracting Squadron located at 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama has a requirement for Architect Engineer Services. This request for SOURCES SOUGHT is being utilized to identify sources that have the capability to provide Architect Engineer Services for the attached Statement of Work (JUBJ 12-5335 A&E Demo Bldg 1503 & Renovate Bldg 833, Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex. This is not a request for SF330s only a request for sources and does not constitute a solicitation. The firm shall be located within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell Air Force Base. The firm shall be actively listed in SAM.gov under the NAICS code 541310 or 541330. Prime contractor should have registered architects and/or engineers as members of the firm. All interested parties are required to email the following information to Kemeshia Smith (kemeshia.smith@us.af.mil), MSgt Jeremy Clark (jeremy.clark.8@us.af.mil) and Paulette Montgomery-Troy (paulette.montgomery-troy@us.af.mil) by 3:00 p.m. central time Tuesday, February 11, 2025 with the subject line: JUBJ 12-5335 A&E Demo Bldg 1503 & Renovate Bldg 833, Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex: 1) name and address of your company; 2) SAM�s registration, 3) a detailed description of firm�s experience in designing projects of the type described in attachment and 4) name of contact person to include phone number and email address.
